I was referred to SafeWell from SWAT Environmental. I had a radon in water system installed by SWAT as part of a real estate transaction. The seller paid for the unit as a contingency of the deal. Within a few weeks of install, the unit stopped working. I wasn’t advised by the home inspector about water quantity testing or advised that other elements in the water could cause the system to not operate as designed. Now the seller is not willing to cover the expenses associated with water quantity testing and feels it’s not his responsibility.
